Authentic health and well-being encompass not just physical fitness but also one’s social, mental, emotional, and psychological states. Time and studies have proven that meditation yields wondrous results to achieve this balanced state of well-being. And as with any skill, there is a proper approach to meditation.

When meditating, keep your head held high so that there is no pressure on your neck, and blood and oxygen may flow freely to your brain and other head tissues.
